Laurie Roderiques, RN, BSN, LNC, CAIP, CASC, is the director of nursing services for Ambulatory Healthcare Strategies, a national ASC consulting company. She works clinically in two ambulatory surgery centers, is a deemed-status surveyor for AAAHC, and sits on the education committee for the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association. Laurie has been in the surgery center industry for the last 22 years, with more than 18 years in a leadership and administrative role.
Phenelle Segal, RN, CIC, FAPIC, is founder of Infection Control Consulting Services (ICCS), a team of infection control and prevention consultants providing nationwide services to the healthcare sector. Phenelle has more than 30 years of infection control and prevention experience. She ensures that the ICCS consulting team assists facilities, organizations, associations, and other entities with developing, implementing, and maintaining evidence-based infection prevention and control programs as well as providing exceptional educational programs to meet client needs.
